I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The location was superb, right on the main square, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the nice bedsheets. The hotel also offered a secure storage for our luggage before check-in time, very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and historical richness.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the main plaza. It's so convenient because we were close to everything and we didn't have to walk far to find a restaurant or explore the city. It was great to have a room with a view of the plaza, and the breakfast provided in the morning was a nice touch.
The only small issue was the lack of towels in the room.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of town, next to the restaurant and on the main plaza. Everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms offer great value for money and are surprisingly spacious, with a view of the striking wooden balconies and charming surroundings. The attention to detail, from the byzantine-inspired paintings to the comfortable bedsheets, adds a touch of historical richness to the experience. Plus, the included breakfast is a great bonus.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel's location was perfect for a Christmas vacation! Right in the heart of the city, we were able to enjoy all the festivities and explore the area easily. The bed was super comfy and we loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby! Plus, the historical details in the decor really added to the overall charm.
There were a few aspects that made our stay less than stellar. The staff wasn't very helpful and seemed disinterested in helping us with our requests.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right on the main plaza, which makes it incredibly convenient to explore everything San Cristobal has to offer. The prices are very reasonable, and for the value you get, it's hard to beat. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and some even have a view of the surroundings, providing a nice touch of charm. Additionally, the breakfast offered is a great perk, giving you a good start to your day of exploration.
All aspects of our stay were fantastic, no room for improvement.

The central square view from the room's balcony was breathtaking, and the fireplace made it super cozy during chilly nights. the hotel staff was polite and always available to accommodate any request.
The room didn't have a proper view, and the WiFi signal was weak inside the room. it was quite noisy due to live music from the bar in the courtyard.

Staying in this hotel was a great choice due to its fantastic location which allows you to easily explore the city center and its surroundings. the central courtyard next to the restaurant provided a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy a nice breakfast. the view from the wide central balcony upstairs was worth the stay.
The room was a bit musty and needed more illumination.
